Registered students who have been dancing at Arts in Motion forat least one year and are 8 yrs. of age are eligible to participate in the Student Dance Company. Company members attend weekly repertory classes (Sundays 2pm-4pm) with faculty and other local choreographers to create dance pieces to be presented in cummunity performances.


The Student Dance Company regularly performs at the Interfaith Center for Spiritual Growth and has performed at several elementary schools in the Ann Arbor area. The Company dancers are often invited to perform with local modern dance company People Dancing in their annual concerts.
